[Brody is 1 Month Old!]

Today Brody is 1 month old. I can’t believe how quickly this first month has gone by but I’ve been soaking up every single second of it. He’s sleeping through the night more which means we are getting more sleep! He’s also staying awake more. He loves his little bouncy chair and so do I. It vibrates and has some music so that keeps him busy. And over the weekend we put him on his play mat and that kept him busy for a while. He notices the toys on it & hears the music. He kicks his feet & moves his hands a lot [that hasn’t changed from when he was in my tum]. And he is holding his head up more. He’s a strong little guy. He’s also noticing more. Like he watches our faces, loves looking at lights or the tv. He’s also making more noises & smiling. Everything is happening so quickly and it’s so amazing :)


Things he’ll be doing over the next month/is already starting to do…

Lifts head when lying on his tummy, responds to sound, stares at faces, follows objects briefly with his eyes, makes noises - oohs & aahs, can see black & white patterns, smiles, laughs & holds his head at a 45 degree angle.
